Refund Policy

All purchases, subscriptions, and in-app transactions made within the From the Heart mobile application are securely processed and managed directly through the third-party app marketplaces (the Apple App Store and Google Play Store). As a result, refunds are subject to the respective platform’s terms and conditions.

For iOS (Apple) Users: Digital purchases are governed entirely by Apple. We do not have the technical ability to issue refunds or process chargebacks for App Store transactions. To request a refund, please follow Apple’s official guidelines and log in to Apple’s Report a Problem page.
For Android (Google Play) Users: Google Play handles automated refund requests submitted within 48 hours of purchase. For requests extending past the initial 48-hour window, please contact our support team at support@fromtheheartwithdrvalentine.com with your Google Play order number. Refund evaluations after 48 hours are handled at our sole discretion.

Generally, all charges for in-app purchases or subscriptions are non-refundable unless required by applicable local consumer law.
